Your responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and daily agenda.
  • Organize domestic and international business travel.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain and archive documentation.
  • Communicate across departments and with external partners.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Team Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Discreet and professional demeanour.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
