Your responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and daily agenda.
- Organize domestic and international business travel.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and handle correspondence.
- Maintain and archive documentation.
- Communicate across departments and with external partners.
What We Expect:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Team Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Discreet and professional demeanour.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
