What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and implementing safety and environmental policies on-site
- Identifying workplace risks and putting effective preventive measures in place
- Leading investigations of incidents and accidents
- Conducting employee training and promoting a strong safety culture
- Carrying out regular safety audits and inspections in line with local regulations and international standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid HSE/BOZP certification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health & safety, ideally in manufacturing or construction
- Solid understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage risks and respond to crisis situations
- English at minimum B1 level (ideally B2)
