We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team within a multinational corporation located in Prague.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment and support payroll operations across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for assigned country/entity
- Ensuring accuracy of payroll data from source to net pay
- Handling complex queries and escalations
- Collaborating with external vendors and internal teams
- Participating in projects related to expansion, process improvements, and new implementations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processes and systems
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of labor law, taxation, and social security regulations
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
